Our products are digital resources. No physical item is posted. Each product page lists the included files and their format.

Check the delivery details on the product page and the messages sent to the email address you use at checkout. Keep your order confirmation so you can find your purchase and ask for help if needed.

PDF files can be opened with a compatible PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer. Other formats may need a specific app. Check the product page for compatibility before buying.

Use the sample pages and product images provided on the product page. Read the contents list and intended audience. If you need a detail that is not shown, contact us before purchasing.

Permissions depend on the product licence. Read the product page and included licence before printing, editing, sharing, reselling or using a file commercially. A purchase does not automatically include resale rights.

Check the email address used at checkout, then your spam or promotions folder. Search for the store name or order number. If you still cannot find access details, contact us with your order number and checkout email. Do not send card details, passwords or one-time codes.

Read the store's refund policy before ordering. If there is a problem with your purchase or a file will not open, contact us with your order number and a short description so we can review it under that policy and applicable rights.

For an order question, include your order number, the checkout email and what happened. For a file issue, tell us the device and app you are using. A screenshot of the error can help; remove personal or payment information first.
