2. Use an email you can access
Enter your email carefully at checkout. Order and access messages use the contact information you provide. Save your order confirmation and keep the order number handy.
3. Follow your access instructions
Use the delivery instructions provided for your order. Download the included files and open them in a compatible app. If the product provides a template or an external resource, follow the instructions included with that purchase.
4. Keep your own copy
When downloads are included, save them to a folder you can find again and follow the product licence. Any download limit, access period or update entitlement should be checked on the product page before purchase.
Order confirmed, but no access details?
Check your spam and promotions folders and confirm you are checking the email used at checkout. If the stated delivery time has passed, contact us with your order number and checkout email so we can investigate.
The download or file is not working
Check your connection and available storage, then try downloading again. Open the file in an app that supports its format. If the problem continues, tell us the filename, your device, the app and the error message. Avoid placing another order for the same item while the issue is being checked.
